The Process

How it works.

Five steps from "I should look at AI" to a plan you can act on. Two of those steps are real conversations — because a $100 questionnaire alone isn't worth the email it lands in.

Step 01
~60 seconds

Pay $100. Secure Stripe checkout.

Click the button. Stripe handles the card. The same checkout used by hundreds of thousands of businesses. Your receipt and the link to the assessment land in your inbox immediately.

This is the only money you spend before you see the report. The $100 is credited toward any implementation work we do together later.

Step 02
~20 minutes

Take the 20-minute assessment.

A structured questionnaire — checkboxes, short answers — about how your business actually runs. Your team, your tools, your biggest bottlenecks, your goals.

No technical knowledge required. If you run the business, you already know everything we need. Most owners finish in under 20 minutes.

Step 03
15–20 min · within 1 business day

Scope call with a consultant.

Within one business day, a senior consultant reviews your responses and books a 15–20 minute call. Not a sales pitch — a working call to clarify the parts of your business that don't fit neatly into a checkbox.

This is what separates a real Game Plan from an automated PDF. The questions only the human catches are the ones that change which tools you should buy.

Step 04
24–48 hours · email PDF

Custom report delivered in 24–48 hours.

A 12–20 page report — your AI Readiness Score, up to 3 ranked Quick Wins with cost and ROI estimates, an implementation roadmap, compliance flags, and risks specific to your situation.

Reviewed by the consultant, edited line-by-line. Not raw AI output. The email also includes a link to book your review session.

Step 05
30 min · scheduled by you

Review session, on a call.

Walk through the report together. Ask the questions you'd be embarrassed to ask anyone else. If implementation makes sense for one or more Quick Wins, we'll talk through scope and price on the same call.

If implementation doesn't make sense, we'll say so. The report is yours either way.

What's In Your Report

Fourteen concrete deliverables.

  • AI Readiness Score (0–100) — a single number that tells you whether to start with Quick Wins or Foundation Moves
  • SWOT analysis tied to AI — your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats viewed through the lens of where AI changes the picture
  • Security & data posture review — where your sensitive data lives, what controls exist, what gaps matter before you adopt AI
  • Risk management assessment — single points of failure, continuity exposure, AI-specific risks for your operation
  • Up to 3 ranked Quick Wins — capped on purpose so you can actually act on them
  • Per-opportunity write-up — tools we recommend, what they cost, what setup takes
  • Cost & ROI estimates — dollar ranges and break-even windows
  • Implementation roadmap — what to do first, what depends on what
  • Compliance flags — HIPAA, PCI, legal privilege — what filters out
  • Foundation Moves (if needed) — what to fix before AI will pay off
  • Tool comparison notes — why we picked one over its competitors
  • Clear next steps — three things to do this week
  • Senior consultant review — every page edited line-by-line before delivery
  • Two consultant calls — scope call before, review call after
A Note On The Two Calls

Why this isn't a chatbot output.

We tried it the other way. The math worked — pure questionnaire, AI-drafted, sent. The reports were technically accurate. They were also generic.

The 15 minutes a consultant spends on the phone with you is worth more than 200 questions on a form. So we put them back in. The price held.
